Laurinburg Institute offers sports as a part of its academic experience. Beyond the classroom, Laurinburg is committed to valuable lessons that can be learned on the playing field. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our coaches are experts in their sport and in teaching\/working with athletes. Students can participate in prep basketball or high school basketball. Although we are only offering basketball, our commitment to athletics is strong. <\/span><\/p>\n

As enrollment grows, we plan to return to the diverse offerings of the past such as football, track, and baseball. Golf and soccer will be added. All students are expected to participate in at least one sport. <\/span><\/p>\n

We plan to become visible in our competitive success as in the past and return to the powerhouse of basketball and our status as a nationally recognized and intensely scouted program.<\/span><\/p>\n
